From last week’s episode, my #5 tip was the 3-legged stool: You have to sell work, you have to do work, and you have to keep score. This is the secret of running a successful business, and I’ll be covering the first leg (selling the work) throughout the rest of my tips.
#6: Start at the end. Listen in as I describe a recent coaching call I had with a client. I dive deep into discovery sheets, tracking your calls and qualifying leads, closing rates, follow-up Fridays, and much more! I can do the same with you if you’re looking for a business coach.
#7: Set up a good CRM (customer relationship management) system.

- Radius marketing – free or cheap!
- PPC (pay-per-click) and paid advertising.
