The most important thing I did to grow my wildly successful roofing business was to start off with a plan. A Business Plan.
With the help of my coach, I took a step back and determined where I wanted to go. My destination. Only then could I reverse engineer a roadmap to get me there on the most direct route.
The primary reasons that most contractors don’t have a Business Plan is that they have no clear direction they want to take their business, they think a business plan takes too much time and is too complicated, or they just don’t know how to get started.
